2 boiled Eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons Eoasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
For the Bibim Guksu Sauce:
3 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
Optional Garnish:
Sliced Green Onions and additional Sesame Seeds
