500g Pancake Mix
800ml Water
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Kimchi Mix:
1 cup well-fermented Kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup Kimchi juice (from the kimchi jar)
1/4 cup thinly sliced Onions
2 tablespoons chopped Green Onions
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for cooking
For the Dipping Sauce:
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
Chopped Green Onions (optional)

Preparation:

- Combine Batter and Kimchi Mix:
- Gradually fold the kimchi mixture into the batter, ensuring an even distribution.
