1 cup Water
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup thinly sliced Onion (optional)

1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
