Ingredients:
500g thinly sliced Pork Belly or Pork Shoulder
1 large Onion, thinly sliced
2 Green Onions, chopped
3 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Honey or Sugar
1 tablespoon Mirin or Rice Wine
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying)
Sesame Seeds and sliced Green Onions (for garnish)
Optional: Sliced Vegetables like Bell Peppers or Carrots
