500g Ground Beef or a mixture of Beef and Pork
1 cup Korean Rice Cakes (tteok), soaked in water for 30 minutes and chopped
1/2 cup grated Korean Pear
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Mirin or Rice Wine
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sesame Seeds and chopped Green Onions (for garnish)
