For the Fried Chicken:
500g boneless, skinless Chicken pieces (cubed)
1 cup Cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose Flour
2 Eggs (beaten)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
