1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
1 cup Spinach, blanched and seasoned with Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce
4 Eggs (fried sunny-side-up)
Sesame Seeds and sliced Green Onions (for garnish)
For the Gochujang Sauce:
3 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Water
