  1. After cleansing, dispense an adequate amount onto the palms or a cotton pad.
  2. Gently wipe or pat across the entire face and neck.
  3. Lightly press with your hands to ensure full absorption.
  4. For irritated areas, soak cotton pads and leave them on as a 5-minute soothing mask.
  5. Use AM and PM daily.
