  1. Shake the bottle well before each use to thoroughly mix the two layers.
  2. After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto your palm or a cotton pad.
  3. Gently pat or wipe over your entire face.
  4. For deeper hydration or as a mini-mask, soak cotton pads with the toner and apply to areas of concern for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
