Ingredients:
For the Bibimbap Bowl:
2 cups cooked short-grain Rice
200g Beef, thinly sliced (marinated in Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Sugar)
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Zucchini, julienned
1 cup Bean Sprouts, blanched
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
1 cup Spinach, blanched and seasoned with Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce
4 Eggs (fried sunny-side-up)
Sesame Seeds and sliced Green Onions (for garnish)
For the Gochujang Sauce:
3 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Water

Preparation:
- Prepare the Gochujang Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water until well combined. Set aside.
- Cook the Rice:
- Cook short-grain rice according to package instructions. Fluff the rice and set aside.
- Marinate the Beef:
- Thinly slice the beef and marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Allow it to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Prepare Vegetables:
- Julienne the carrot and zucchini. Blanch bean sprouts and spinach separately. Sauté shiitake mushrooms until cooked.
- Fry the Eggs:
- Fry eggs sunny-side-up in a pan until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny.
- Assemble the Bibimbap Bowl:
- In individual bowls, arrange the cooked rice. Add the marinated beef, julienned vegetables, sautéed mushrooms, blanched bean sprouts, and spinach.
- Top with Fried Egg:
- Place a fried egg on top of each Bibimbap bowl.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Drizzle the Gochujang sauce over the ingredients, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
