  1. After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto your palm or a cotton pad.
  2. Gently pat or swipe evenly over your entire face and neck.
  3. For deeper hydration, apply multiple layers (3-skin method).
  4. For intensive soothing, soak cotton pads with the toner and apply to irritated areas as a mini-mask for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
  6. Use AM & PM.
